Edinburgh Marathon Festival 2022 · 28 May 2022 to 29 May 2022 ·

Over 150,000 of us in the UK have MS. It’s unpredictable and different for everyone. But it doesn’t have to be this way. We’re the MS Society. We understand what life’s like with MS. We're here for you through the highs, lows and everything in between. Together, we are strong enough to stop MS.

Story

Over the last few years I have been fundraising for the MS Society in support of my dad. It started with the London Marathon. This was followed by a lockdown challenge of running 70 miles in a week (the distance to my dad's from my house). Last year, I ran the Cotswold Way Ultra (30 miles).

This year, I am taking on the Edinburgh Marathon Festival 'Hairy' challenge. This challenge is a total of 49 miles over 2 days. on The Saturday, I will be running 10k followed by 5k. On the Sunday, I will run a half marathon before travelling back to the start line to run a full marathon.

During my fundraising journey, I have seen the progress that the MS Society are already making with treatments, cures and preventions for this horrible disease. This is only possible, thanks to donations made by people like yourself.

Thank you for your support and donations.
