For the last 2 years I have worked next to Rennie Grove Hospice Care in Tring and my good friend and colleague has raised significant funds for the hospice over the years, so I feel it is my turn to do something too! In this time I have learnt about what the hospice does and seen how hard everyone works...such great team spirit!

My daughter Lauren is running with me too (well, dragging me around).  She wants me to get fitter (she likes running, I don't!) which I have had little time for in the last year......
