I'm taking part in the great north run to raise money for Tiny Lives charity, which supports premature and sick new born babies and their families on the Neonatal Unit at the RVI hospital in Newcastle.

 The Tiny Lives charity are very close to my heart when they took care of my close friend and her little boy Harry who was born in June 2009. When Harry was born he was very poorly and because of his conditions Harrys health deteriorated. With the help and support from Tiny lives Harry fought through to spend precious time with his loved ones but unfortunately was too poorly and passed away just after a few hours.

If it wasn't for Tiny lives Harry wouldn't have made these precious hours which we were all blessed with and this is why I would like to take this opportunity to raise as much money as possible for Tiny Lives to provide more help and support to those babies and families that need it most.
