We were inspired to do this journey after seeing George and Larry Lamb follow the Hebridean Way on tv and thought why not try to raise some money while we are on holiday. We are following our own route and are aiming for around 150 miles. BCSY is a charity close to our hearts and we have attended drop in days for the last few years, (except during covid restrictions) and it has been great to hang around with other children in similar circumstances to us. Just being with people who understand is reassuring that we are not alone. We haven't set a huge target as we know its been a difficult year or so for most, but money raised will go towards counselling,  play and craft equipment or maybe even the boring paperwork stuff. Either way, the funds are needed and very much appreciated.
