We are starting 2021 with a restart. The UKs Emergency Services community has come together to launch the first UK wide Blue Light Get Active Challenge in January 2021. This month-long campaign hopes to inspire all emergency services across the UK

Story

I have chosen to support TASC  Because I am acutely aware of the support they provided my colleagues in their hour of need . We all know there have been many hours in the last 12 months

So when the third lockdown began I thought I need to motivate myself to become healthy, both physically and mentally

Then I saw the blue light get active challenge, and Thai was all I needed to motivate me  so not only to I improve my wellbeing and can help raise much needed money for those who need support in difficult times

Please help me support TASC and my colleagues both now and in the future

Below is some info on TASC

We know that last year was a year like no other and the impact it has had on everyone's mental and physical well being. This January, we are raising money for TASC, The Ambulance Staff Charity taking on the first UK wide Blue Light Get Active Challenge, a month-long campaign to get active and boost our physical and mental wellbeing as well as raise funds for the hardworking Ambulance community in the UK.Ambulance services provide emergency response, support volunteer community first responders, provide patient transport services, and are right at the core of every community across the land. By donating to my page you are helping TASC, The Ambulance Staff Charity who is an independent charity that provides support to the UKs ambulance staff, their family members and ambulance service volunteers. Thank you and remember to Gift Aid where you can!! It will boost your donation.
