Emma's Emma's weight loss journey

Emma's weight loss journey · 16 February 2020
Across The Body Shop at Home we are setting a target to raise £400,000 this year for Children on the Edge; to bring hope, life, colour and fun to children living on the edge of society. Children on the Edge was sparked into life by Dame Anita Roddick over 30 years ago. Not long after this The Body Shop At Home began to support them. Over the last 4 years, this partnership has had great success in supporting the transformation of communities in Jinja, Uganda. This dedication is now growing further, to help some of the most shunned and marginalised children in India. With the right support to access education and develop community activism, Dalit children can realise their rights, grow in self worth and begin to break the cycle of discrimination.
Hi I'm Emma and I'm an area manager within the Body Shop at Home's Dream Team .
So many of you know me and I'm a big girl. Well yesterday I stepped back on the scales at WW (😱).
But afterwards I was speaking to a friend and I jokingly said why don't you sponsor my weight lose and I could donate the money to COTE.
Her response astounded me "Oh I soo would". So guess what for every lb I lose she will donate £1 to cote. This got me thinking who else might want to do the same? So here is my just giving page.
I will be documenting my weight loss too.
