Hey Everyone,

How ever you know me i am sure the one thing you know about me is i am determined. I have now been training for a few weeks and i am running 10.8K in an hour and a half :D. my aim now is in the next 4 weeks and 3 days to get it down to an hour or less. i know for my first 10k i am setting my aims high.

The reason I have chosen to run for Macmillain is obvious to all of you i know. If not the let me explain my grandfather had Mesothelioma an aspestos related cancer. Having seen the benefits a simple nurse at night time to take a huge amount of preasure of a familly.I would like to think that what ever i raise will help bring this to another family going through a similar or worse situation than mine and my families own.
