I am, improbably, running 10k for Pancreatic Cancer Action. We lost our uncle Tim to pancreatic cancer last year and still feel very grateful to have had much more time with him than many families do after a diagnosis. I'm fundraising in Tim's memory, and because pancreatic cancer treatments are progressing and money raised could give more patients more time in the very near future.
