I am running....fast walking 5k of the Great South Run. I am doing this in memory of my amazing dad who died in August this year and also for my bestfriend who died 3 and a half years ago.

Rasing money to help find a cure or fund help to support others effected by cancer helps me a little bit with coming to terms with everything that has happened in the last few years with my loved ones.
