On Saturday 6th June, I will be attempting to complete a 100Km static Cycle in my garage to help raise funds for Cancer Focus Northern Ireland.  This challenge is going to take me approximately 5 hours and will not be easy.  However, it will be much harder for people who are struggling with a cancer diagnosis through the Covid 19 pandemic and who can't benefit from the services that Cancer Focus NI provide.  Please help support the charity with a small donation and encourage me to reach my goals.
