Team iomart (Glasgow) have been training hard and have teams in both the 10k and half marathon on Sunday 29th.  No medals expected but we will be sharing the joy (perhaps pain) of the event with another 25,000  on the streets of Glasgow.  Will be great to get some supporters on route to cheer us along.

We are taking the opportunity to raise some money for a worthwhile case which is Mental Health UK which brings together four national mental health charities who are working hard to raise funds so that more people across the UK can access support for their own mental health and for friends and family members who are affected by mental illness.  We very much appreciate your donations - large or small
