This year we lost an absolute legend, Dave Ballantine, to bowel cancer. A totally devastating disease affecting so many. I want to raise as much money as I can for Bowel Cancer UK to help them to help others beat cancer. On 5th September this year, i will be cycling from Lands End to John O'Groats (Lejog) in 13 days. With every penny going to Bowel Cancer Uk. 

Dave was an advocate for pushing yourself, stepping out of your comfort zone and taking on new challenges. He'd rather do 1000 dead lifts than cycle, but he'd definitely encourage me to go out and smash it.......then eat some cake!!
