After some recent ticker troubles, I received fantastic support and care from the NHS.  I would like to pay something back to those who helped me most.  So I'll be raising funds to help out the Cardiology Department at Queen Alexandra Hospital.

Being of Scottish descent (for those who don't already know!) I've set my sights on tackling Ben Nevis, the tallest Scottish Munro at the end of August this summer. One way or another, I will get to the top, and back again...
