I’m running the London Marathon next year and have decided to do it for a local charity Help & Care🏃‍♀️

Help & Care promote dignity and independence for all people, particularly people living with a long-term health condition, carers and those who are isolated and/or housebound and help them to lead independent and fulfilling lives, for as long as possible.
