On 29th October 2023, I'm running the Dublin Marathon to raise much needed funds for Extern Charity.  

Extern provides critical lifechanging support to people whose lives are affected by a range of issues. These issues include Young People and Families; Housing and Homelessness; Suicide & Mental Health; Drugs & Alcohol, among others. 

Every year more than 25,000 children, young people, individuals and families benefit from the support provided by Extern's dedicated team and volunteers.
