Steptember 2020: Thank you for taking the time to look at my fundraising page, this September I will (with a little help from my friends) be walking as many miles as possible to raise some funds for the fantastic Overgate Hospice. 

Earlier this year myself and my family were completely reliant on Overgate’s services to nurse my Dad Jeff Hayes through his final days. Dad suffered from Prostate cancer and when he was struggling at home he went to Overgate for some respite. This is where he would take a turn for the worse and spend his last days, but I couldn’t think of a better place he could have been! The staff are truly amazing and nothing is too much trouble, they made us all feel very welcome and couldn’t have done any more for Dad!

I will be covering some of the past midnight walk routes and a few others inbetween and I would be so grateful for any donations towards this fantastic challenge in memory of my dad, Jeff Hayes who is loved and missed everyday, every mile I walk I will carry him in my heart 💙
