I’m taking  part in The Official Votwo Atlantic Coast Path Challenge : 3 marathons in 3 days.  In memory of my beautiful father-in-law Dicky Seaman  who so loved this path, , shared it with me and was so kind , giving snd inspirational to all who met him .  I’ll be doing it to help people in all stages of life .  .  Day 1=  The Beginning: supporting children to have a better start in life (UNICEF), Day 2: = The Middle: supporting people to get back on a good track in life. (Fredericks Foundation)    Day 3= The End: Supporting people to have a peaceful and loving end to their life. (THAMES VALLEY HOSPICE)
