Louise, Hilary, Karen and Emma have decided to get our fat bottoms on our bikes and cycle 400 km down the Nile to raise money for 3 amazing charities close to our hearts.

We will be joining a small group who will cycle from Cairo to the Valley of the Kings for 400km in 7 days. It will, we hope, be a journey full of fun, friendship and incredible support as women and men of all ages - and sizes - come together to challenge ourselves for some great causes.

All the funds we raise will go directly to these charities as we are funding the cost of our travel ourselves.

Over the next six months we will be doing all kinds of daft things to raise our collective £3,000 target, as well as a heck of a lot of training.
