As many people out there today struggle with all different types of mental health issues I was one of the lucky ones who had supportive family, friends and team mates that were there for me during the some of the toughest days of my life so far. Not everyone has the luxury I had of the support I received and therefore by supporting and sponsoring me if it can help even just one person have the support of mind then it is a massive relief that someone can be helped like I was.
