Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

April 2019 sees the annual return of Claire House Does Strictly; an incredible event run by Wirral-based children’s hospice, Claire House, to raise critical funds to support their work.

Each year, 10 individuals (and, more importantly, amateur dancers!) are paired with a professional dancer and put through their paces, learning a classic ballroom or Latin number. The amateur dancers then perform the routine in front of a panel of esteemed judges and a ballroom full of friends and family at a glittering Black Tie event, all in aid of Claire House.

B&M Waste Services have supported Claire House for many years through various fundraising initiatives, campaigns and donations. In 2018, B&M Waste's own director, David Curtis, took part in Claire House Does Strictly and has inspired his colleague, Emma Vernon, to do the same in 2019.
