Hi Everyone,

In April this year I will be running the London Marathon for Help for Heroes.  I am now asking if you will support our troops with me and dig deep to help such a worth while charity.

My training regime is well under way and I am enjoying every minute, except for the backache, knee pain, aching muscles etc:)
