I have worked for Ruils for just a year now and I can first hand say the difference that this charity has for the community and our clients. I share similar beliefs to the values that the charity has and as a disabled person myself I want to be able to challenge myself and say that just because you have a disability, does not mean you cannot do something. I want to prove people wrong and show them I am capable of anything.  

The pandemic has hit Ruils' disabled and elderly clients hard, leaving many struggling with isolation and anxiety. Waiting lists for our support services, such as Counselling and Befriending, have never been longer. To add much needed capacity to our services, and reach more clients to ensure that they feel independent and empowered in their lives.
