Flora London Marathon 2008 · 13 April 2008 ·

Willow is the only UK charity supporting seriously ill 16 to 40 year olds by providing unique and positive Special Days. Since 1999 Willow has fulfilled more than 22,000 Special Days for young adults living with life-threatening conditions such as cancer, motor neurone disease and cystic fibrosis.

Story

For the third year running I'm joining 35,000 other fool-hardy souls running the London Marathon on April 13.

Again I'm supporting the Willow Foundation which provides 'special days'  for young adults who are either seriously or terminally ill, who often get overlooked in favour of paediatric patients.

Just because I've run the marathon before doesn't mean it gets any easier, but raising money for charity is the carrot I need to keep going!

So, please dig deep and sponsor me online.

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Willow Foundation will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

Thanks for visiting my justgiving page, and please sponsor me now!

Many thanks for your support.
