Thank you for visiting my fundraising page.  In August 2006 I am taking part in a charity cycle in aid of MENCAP, a UK charity for adults and children with learning disabilities.

This involves cycling from Sao Paulo to Rio de Janeiro in 6 days, which is between 27 - 45 miles each day over different types of terrain.

I will be putting in a lot of training and hard work over the coming weeks to prepare myself for this event and I hope you will support me in raising money for such a worthwhile cause.
