Cystic fibrosis (CF) is a life-shortening genetic condition that slowly destroys the lungs and digestive system. The Cystic Fibrosis Trust is the only UK-wide charity fighting for a life unlimited, when everyone living with CF can look forward to a long, healthy life. www.cysticfibrosis.org.uk

Story

Emma Jane Kingston has touched many lives. But sadly she was taken from us, she lost her fight with cystic fibrosis on 8th July 2013. Not long after making an appearance on East Midlands News, trying to promote organ donation.

She was aged 20 and made such a huge impact on everyone that walked into her life. Bubbly, positive and so full of life, she put a smile on the saddest of faces. Never had a bad word to say no matter what hell she was going through.

We aim to make as much money and promote CF Trust in her name, to stop further heart ache for other CF sufferers, family and friends.

At the moment we have booked a skydive for September 22nd, taking part will be Jaymie-Leigh Smith, Sophie Pratt, Charlotte Pratt, Shannon Dagley and Sarah Field.

We also have a few other things in the making, so watch this space!

Anyone that wants to get involved, don't hesitate to ask!

Emma was in the Leicester mercury, please read.

Since the skydive which was both terrifying and exciting, we've held a charity night which involved live bands, bbq, DJ and raffle! Which was quite successful.

Most recently we was involved in a Christmas fair, where we had donations of clothes, shoes, bags etc... Which we sold and all proceeds went to this page also.

Plans for 2014:

We are hoping to do the Three Peak Challenge in 24 hours at the beginning of August, we've began training but after Christmas is when we will get serious!

Thank you for taking the time to read our page
