If you know me, you know I'm a fitness fiend.

But you probably don't know that my Mum has had multiple malignant melanomas. Or that my Dad has had bowel cancer and 9 inches of his intestine removed.

And they're the lucky ones.

People all over the world battle cancer every day, and not everyone is as fortunate as my parents.

That's why my sister and I are putting ourselves through the physical and mental challenge of HYROX to support Macmillan and the incredible work they do to give cancer patients in the UK a fighting chance.
