BUPA Great Edinburgh Run 2009 · 3 May 2009 ·

Alzheimer Scotland is the leading, national dementia charity in Scotland. Our mission is to make sure nobody faces dementia alone. We provide advice, information and support and we are here for people living with dementia, their families and carers across Scotland.

Story

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.

I am going to be running the Edinburgh 10K race on 3rd May 2009.  I will be running to raise money for Alzheimer Scotland, who do a lot of really important work raising awareness about dementia and working to raise the standard of living for those affected by this illness.  The numbers of people who will eventually suffer from this illness is on the increase in Scotland so it is even more pertinent that we try to help this cause.

Please give even a small contribution.

Thank you very much!

Training mileage so far - Up to 5 miles

P.S. As an added incentive for me to stick to my training plan, I will be donating £5 for every training session that I miss.
