MS Solent are an amazing charity and I have seen first hand the incredible work they do. Charities always mean more to you when they've helped the people you love.

I am terrified of heights so I'm not entirely sure how I was convinced to do this but apparently I am!!

This time in August I will have abseiled/awkwardly shuffled down the Spinnaker Tower!!
