Richard House Children’s Hospice supports children and their families in East London to lead as positive and happy a life as possible when dealing with a life-limiting health condition. Our services support the whole family, from residential clinical care, to music therapy to end of life care.

Story

Well.. one marathon last year was never going to be enough. So this year I entered Manchester Marathon and then I perhaps settle down to some regular 10k's or half marathons (perhaps).

However it might not be my last, as I've accidentally entered London Marathon, which is a week later than Manchester. My current plan is to run Manchester to the best of my abilities, and then see how my legs are for London. I will be delighted to just jog or walk around the course at the London Marathon as the crowd is so amazing, but if my legs stop working like they did last year then I will defer my place and run it in 2016.

So there you have it, 2 marathons, one week apart (perhaps!)
