I have pledged to Step Up this January to raise funds for Refuge.  

My goal is to run TWO miles EVERY day in January 2021, which I've just found out is 100k!  

I want to raise as much as I can, but at least £156, as this will fund three nights in a Refuge shelter for a woman escaping domestic abuse.  

Here’s why Refuge matters... One woman in four will experience domestic abuse at some point in her lifetime and two women are killed each week in England and Wales by a current or former partner. Refuge supports around 6,500 women and children on any given day who are escaping emotional, physical, financial or sexual abuse.
