As many of you know, Simon's mum sadly passed away last April after a long battle with cancer.  Cancer has also sadly been part of my family ever since I can remember. 

So I've decided to do my bit and run the BUPA 10k in May.  I've never competed in a race (well not since school sports day!) and I've never run 10k before, but it's the least I can do if it raises money to try and beat this awful disease.

I'm raising money for GRACE which is the charity that cared for Simon's mum.  It is a charity that supports women with gynaecological cancers across Surrey, West Sussex and Hampshire.
