We are all involved in an organisation supporting people who would otherwise be homeless called Emmaus Medway and we have decided as an act of solidarity to support the work of Shelter by completing the Urban Rush. Our team which on the day will consist of up to 6 runners are made up of those completely new to running to those who have completed the London marathon, but none of us are taking this challenge on lightly. It's still a long way!!!!!!
