I am fundraising for Unseen UK, a charity which supports survivors of modern slavery and human trafficking to escape exploitation and  rebuild their lives. I have worked for Unseen for almost two years and on April 2nd will be running my first ever half marathon in support of their work!

Unseen does incredible work, identifying and transforming the lives of thousands of survivors of exploitation each year. They run women and men's safehouses which help survivors heal emotionally and physically, an outreach service to help these vulnerable people integrate into the community, and the Modern Slavery & Exploitation Helpline; a 24/7 crisis line for anyone concerned about exploitation.

I (perhaps naively) signed up with 6 weeks of training until race day instead of the recommended 12, and it will be a huge personal challenge for me. I would really appreciate your support and if you are able to donate that would be amazing - it is for such a great cause and any amount would be helping survivors build brighter futures free from exploitation.
