Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

My nephew Luke and his wife Emily recently received tremendous help from this charity when their son was born 14 weeks early.  Little Freddie's 1st Christmas was spent in Kings College hospital and Luke and Emily were looked after by Ronald McDonald House. 

The 3 Loch Challenge really is that, a challenge. It's 34 miles in the countryside so a bit more than my usual 10km mud runs!
