I wanted to raise awareness for Naomi House and Jack's Place, because I think the work they do there is incredible. I will be doing home-made craft and bake sales throughout the summer to fundraise! If you can't make it to one of the sales but support what I am doing please donate what you can. 

Naomi's House and Jack's Place provide hospice care to children and young adults who suffer with life limiting disabilities. They offer respite, end of life care and bereavement services to the extended family. I think they deserve all the support they can get, check out their website below.
