This year several of my colleagues & I have decided to run the Manchester 10k/half marathon on Sunday 19th May to support Dementia UK. Craig & Ian will be running the 10k, whist Neil & I will be pushing ourselves even further and running the half marathon! 😰🏃🏃‍♀️

There are over 800,000 people living with dementia in the UK alone. We have each been impacted by a family member with dementia at some point in our lives, so all wanted to do something to make a difference.

This is for everyone living with or caring for someone with dementia.
