Hi everyone! In July I'll be taking on the 3 peaks in 24 hour challenge to raise funds for You Okay Doc? A mental health and wellbeing charity for doctors. Sadly, doctors have higher rates of mental health illness when compared to the general population - with doctors 2-4x more likely to take their own life. Here's the brief for the challenge - we'll be travelling from Cambridge on Friday July 14th to prepare to climb Ben Nevis early Saturday morning, from there we travel to Scafell Pike and then to the final climb of Snowdon in Wales - all within 24 hours! There will be no sleep - over 800 miles traveled and a lot of hiking! Help us raise the much needed critical funds for this important cause that supports those that looked after us in times of need.
