Suicide is the biggest killer of young people in the UK. Empower Martial Arts Academy Lincoln are completing a 24 Hour Live Class challenge via Zoom on the 18th and 19th July. Each student will log their own hours completing the challenge with a minimum of 12 hours to be completed and a maximum of 24 if you are really crazy!! 

This is a challenge for us, both physically and mentally and we feel it is worth it for such a great cause.
