On August 1st I will be completing the 10K Total Warrior Challenge alongside family and friends in memory of my Granny Doreen. This will be a mega challenge for me as I'm not the fittest of people!!..  all in the hopes of raising some money so that South Tees Spinal Unit can continue on with its good work.
