I have completed the marathon.  It was the most difficult thing I have ever done. So a massive thank you to everyone one who supported and sponsored me.

 

I want to thank God for getting me through the pain barrier.

 

Additionally I want to thank my girl Rhyannon for driving me from Manchester to London and back again.  Also she was on the phone encouraging me to keep running when I was struggling.
