London to Paris; Ennismore Bike Ride
Fundraising for Shelter From The Storm
Story
This September, 10 Ennismore employees will be taking on the big challenge of cycling from London to Paris! They’ll undergo an extensive 18-week training plan to prepare them for the intense 4-day bike ride, covering over 100 miles a day.
It’s all part of Do More, Ennismore’s programme of fundraising projects that aims to extend our hospitality to those who can’t access or afford it. The money raised from this bike ride will go to our first charity partner Shelter From The Storm, a completely free emergency night shelter that, with our help, has just opened its new permanent home in North London.Watch their story here!
In the UK alone, over 300,000 people are officially recorded as homeless or living in inadequate homes – and this is just scratching the surface. As providing places to sleep, eat and work is our bread and butter, we’re reaching out to our communities' most vulnerable members – our invisible neighbours – in a plight to keep them safe and dry.
We may not be able to solve this crisis alone, but we can always Do More to make our neighbourhoods better for everyone.
