Story
I started training for the Hackney Half with St Mungo's back in Feb 2020 and due to COVID, the event kept getting postponed and was eventually scheduled to take place in Sep 2021. Unfortunately due to a period of sickness at the time I was unable to take my place in the race, but St Mungo's offered to defer my place so I could race in May 2022! This has been over 2 years in the making so please dig deep and help support me in reaching my goal of £300 to run my first half marathon!
For at least £5 you can request a song to be played in my race day playlist and I'll pledge to listen to it whilst running the Hackney Half 🎶

- £25 could help staff in St Mungo's hostels run basic skills & literacy courses for residents or pay for someone to get a health check.
- £50 could fund a counselling session
- £250 could provide five people access to a hot meal, warm bed and vital healthcare

Ending homelessness, rebuilding lives
St Mungo’s outreach teams go out each night to meet people who are homeless and to help them off the streets. With 17 outreach teams they are one of the largest providers of outreach services in the country.
Each night they offer a bed and support to more than 3,200 people across London, the south east and south west. They believe that people can – and do – recover from the issues that cause homelessness. They work to prevent homelessness and support people at every step of their recovery from homelessness.
