Story
My name is Eoghan. I am a 16 year old Transition Year student and together with my friend Orann, we will be running 100 Kilometres each in the months of March and April in aid of Barretstown.
Since opening in 1994, Barretstown has been offering free getaways, programmes and camps for seriously ill children and their families supported by 24 hour nursing and medical care. Over 70,000 campers have visited Baretstown in that time.
Everything, including accommodation, food and medical assistance are provided at no cost to the family meaning that Barretstown relies almost entirely on donations to allow the sick children of Ireland to have fun and have a holiday with their families.
It is for this reason that I, together with my year group, am fundraising for Barretstown. All money donated here will go directly to Barretstown.
Thank you so much for your support! Learn more about Barretstown at: https://www.barretstown.org/
