Story
I've worked in the Radiology Department at the Royal Berkshire Hospital since April 2021, starting as a Radiology Department Assistant and I am now training as an Apprentice Assitant Practitioner. I am a local lad having been born at the RBH in October '85 and living in the local area most of my life.
Many of my loved ones have been cared for at the RBH and I have seen first hand how much my colleagues no matter which Department they work in, work their socks off to care and look after our local community members & I wanted to give something back to these awesome people.
I am riding 91km through the hilly Chiltern's on the 18th June, while I've been riding for some time I've never done as long or hilly a ride, so I will need encouragement along the way.
If you have a couple of pennies (or pounds) then please sponsor me to help support this awesome cause!
People support their local hospital for many different reasons. Whatever your reason, we want you to know that supporting the Royal Berks Charity will help make a significant difference to the care and experience people from our local communities receive while that are with us; a difference that will continue for years into the future.
