Originally we had planned to do some vital fundraising in memory of my partners grandma who was sadly and suddenly taken by Sepsis 2 years ago. Along with a plan to raise more awareness.
On the 22nd March 2019 my son came into the world and my life changed forever. The love I felt for him was out of this world. To then be told he had Sepsis and StrepB was something else. Now we need to try and make that change. Together we can do it.

Fundraising is at the heart of our fight against sepsis. It raises awareness, and sparks the question: “What is sepsis? I’ve never heard of it!” In this way, fundraising can help prevent thousands of deaths. It also funds our vital support work, helping people adjust to life after sepsis.
Sepsis is a serious condition resulting from the presence of harmful microorganisms in the blood or other tissues and the body’s response to their presence, potentially leading to the malfunctioning of various organs, shock, and death.
