I am trekking Vietnam in October 2013 for 10 days walking for 7-8 hours per day. St Giles Hospice is an amazing place. Through my job I get to visit often and see first hand the support and care it gives. It's a peaceful moving place and I cannot help to feel humbled whenever I visit. If you are from the local area most of us will know or know of someone who has needed the care and support of St Giles either at the hospice or help at home and let's face it any of us could be on the receiving end of that help in the future....
