Well, we did it. The fastest time was 19 minutes and 23 seconds. The slowest, around 51. I did it in a lumbering 40 min and a handful of seconds - but I was the oldest person in the race. I'll be faster next year, honest. One of the strange spin offs is that the guy just behind me in the race has suggested setting up a formal running club at the Lansdowne and, yes, I've agreed to be a founder member. There's still time to donate if you haven't already. Thanks to everybody who's supported me so far - I'm going to just fall short of the target I think.
Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It's also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Springboard Charitable Trust gets your money faster and, if you're a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.
