November is Epilepsy Awareness Month! Please join Erin Monast, RYT 200 for a 60 minute all levels yoga class in honor of her 9-year-old daughter, Reagan and help raise funds for CURE Epilepsy.

Reagan was diagnosed with Epilepsy just before her second birthday in September 2013. Our family’s journey with Epilepsy has had many ups and downs over the past seven years. But one thing has remained consistent, our drive to provide Reagan with a fun and full life despite her diagnosis.

I turned to yoga to help me cope with stress of parenting a child with multiple disabilities (Reagan also lives with Cerebral Palsy), though never imagined it would become more than just a “hobby”. Today, Reagan and I enjoy practicing together and both use yoga as a place of grounding during stressful times.
