For my bat mitzvah, I want to raise money for Arts Therapies for Children. 

The charity provides art therapy in schools using the medium of art to help children with emotional issues to express their complicated thoughts and feelings through art, when it's too hard to talk about. 

As I love art, and I know that the modern world can be a confusing and scary place, I can't think of a more appropriate charity for me to raise money for. 

So….

On the 5th of July, my dad and I will travel by coach from London to Snowdonia. For our first challenge we'll climb the beautiful Moel Siobad mountain all the way to the top! On Sunday, we're climbing another tall peak in Wales! 

Phew! I'm tired already just thinking about it!
