ESCAPE trails is one year old, so to celebrate we had organised an event at Whitlingham Country Park which unfortunately given the current situation we have had to cancel, so instead we are encouraging you to run your own distance anywhere you want. This can be in your house, in your garden, on the road, on the trails, use you imagination, but please, please be sensible and don't put yourself or anyone else at risk, and follow the current government guidelines for social distancing.

We know that this is a hard time financially for a lot of you, but please consider making a donation for this great cause, especially given the great job the NHS are currently doing
